★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konsep perumahannya lumayan bagus tapi realisasinya masih jauh. After sales nya kurang bagus.. komplainan harus ditanya2 dulu baru dikerjain :( dan itu juga hampir sebulan dr tgl komplain baru dikerjain..
Masih banyak yg harus dibenah, managementnya juga mesti dibenah. Kualitas kontraktor dan tukangnya buruk banget apa lg apes aja kedapetan tukang yang jelek. Harusnya dr pihak developer ada quality assurance lg buat ngecek semuanya..
 The housing concept is pretty good but the realization is still far away. After sales are not good.. complaints have to be asked first before they are done :( and it's also almost a month since the date the complaint has just been worked on..
There are still many things that need to be improved, the management must also be improved. The quality of the contractors and builders is really bad, what's more, it's a shame to find bad builders. The developer should have another quality assurance to check everything..

It said that MRT will be built near by (we'll see).
By the way I stay in insani cluster and glad also proud to be part of the neighborhood.
