Several options of laundry services are available. Convenience store on the first floor. Access to swimming pool. Low key part of the city. People keep to themselves and mind their own businesses.

Parking lot is more than enough if compared with the amount of the occupants. 1 parking lot is reserved for each unit owner, extra parking lot available with extra cost. The swimming pool is big enough for adult and kids pools also available. Golf court is enough for small play. tennis court and basketball court also available but not maintained well. Daily goods store also available at lobby floor. Security is good and friendly. It's walking distance to the Pejaten Village Mall and busway shelter. Overall, it's a good spot to live if your daily activity is not too far from this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security are way overboard with their rules here. Constantly see residents being told they can't do this or they can't do that. Be better if management focused on maintaining the place such as the frequent blackouts that occur here.
