★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu datang ada yang IBU-IBU teriak-teriak keluar dari ruangan dekat pintu masuk, "TUTUP DULU, POKONYA TUTUP"
Entah itu dokter/siapa, tapi tolong lihat kondisi, ada customer teriak-teriak.
When they arrived there were MOTHERS screaming out of the room near the entrance, "CLOSED FIRST, THE PRINCIPLE IS CLOSED"
I don't know if it's a doctor/who, but please look at the condition, there are customers screaming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 dari 8 kucing dibawa kesini tidak berhasil sembuh (semua mati), dengan rincian:
3 kitten diare parah setelah diberi obat cacing drontal di klinik (berat < 1 kg, diminumkan 1/2 tablet per kitten), beberapa hari setelahnya mati
2 kitten tidak nafsu makan, walau sudah diobat & diberi obat dari klinik beberapa hari setelahnya mati
1 kucing kaki belakang lemas, hasil cek darah dikatakan oleh dokternya Anemia (saat pengambilan darah, dokter nya menyatakan darah keluar banyak sehingga kucing langsung dehidrasi & setelahnya di infus), beberapa hari dirawat kucing tetap tidak mau makan & akhirnya mati di klinik (saat masih berada di kandang klinik kondisi suhu tubuh kucing saya drop tetapi beberapa kali tidak diberikan lampu/ pemanas di kandang sedangkan AC klinik dalam keadaan ON
1 kucing dijemput oleh staff klinik dari rumah jam 10 pagi dengan harapan kucing bisa tiba lebih cepat & langsung ditangani dokter klinik, saat kucing dijemput saya menanyakan ke sfaff klinik apakah perlu dibawakan makanan & minuman tapi staff klinik mengatakan makanan & minuman akan diberikan ke kucing saya di klinik, Jam 12:30 saya datang ke klinik ternyata kucing saya hanya dibiarkan di kandang tanpa ditangani dokter, tanpa diberi minuman & makanan. Saat saya datang dokter sedang memeriksa kucing peliharaannya. Akibat lambatnya penanganan medis, kucing saya sudah lemas & beberapa detik setelah di infus kucing saya mati)
7 of the 8 cats brought here did not recover (all died), with details:
3 kittens with severe diarrhea after being given drontal deworming medicine at the clinic (weight < 1 kg, taken 1/2 tablet per kitten), a few days later died
2 kittens have no appetite, even though they have been treated & given medicine from the clinic a few days after they die
1 cat with weak hind legs, the results of the blood check said the doctor was Anemia (when taking blood, the doctor said a lot of blood came out so the cat was immediately dehydrated & after being infusion), several days of treatment the cat still wouldn't eat & finally died at the clinic (while still in the hospital). being in the clinic's cage, my cat's body temperature dropped but several times the lights/heating were not given in the cage while the clinic's AC was ON
1 cat was picked up by the clinic staff from home at 10 am in the hope that the cat could arrive faster & was immediately handled by the clinic doctor, when the cat was picked up I asked the clinic staff if food & drink needed to be brought but the clinic staff said food & drink would be given to my cat at the clinic, at 12:30 I came to the clinic and it turned out that my cat was only left in a cage without being treated by a doctor, without being given water & food. When I arrived the doctor was examining his pet cat. Due to the delay in medical treatment, my cat was already weak & a few seconds after being injected my cat died)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drh Wena baik, bisa konsultasi via wa, alhamdulillah kucingku sembuh berobat disitu. Yang tadinya ga mau makan setelah minum obat rutin lama2 mau makan. vaksinnya jg lebih murah dr pet shop lain
Drh Wena is good, can consult via wa, thank God my cat recovered for treatment there. Those who didn't want to eat after taking regular medicine took a long time to eat. Vaccines are also cheaper than other pet shops
