- proses pembangunannya lammmaaaaaa bgt, mundur jauh dgn perjanjian awal
- management yg kurang cooperative dgn konsumen
kalo yg hnya unt investasi jangka panjang mungkin ga masalah, tp yg cari rumah unt tempat tinggal lbh baik cari alternative perumahan lain yg proses pembangunannya lbh cepat..
+ later when the desari toll goes, the position of this house is pretty good
- The construction process is very slow, it has gone backwards with the initial agreement
- management who is less cooperative with consumers
if only for long-term investment, maybe it doesn't matter, but those who are looking for a house to live in are better looking for alternative housing that is a faster construction process

Management & developer are not trustworthy. Deposits from customers are even used for spree & business capital. The BNR 5 project has stalled and the land has not been paid off. Better to buy a house in another location and be registered with a sharia developer association. This is bad ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga relatif terjangkau, namun harus indent 3 bulan dengan sistem pembayaran bertahap 3 bulan juga, lingkungan rumah lumayan cozy dan dekat dengan jalan raya.
The price is relatively affordable, but you have to indent 3 months with a 3 month gradual payment system, the house environment is quite cozy and close to the main road.
