★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas kita sebagai pelangann sangat kecewa ..karna tindakan bos dan boss cuman bisaa komntar sabar dan sabar .sedngkan sopir ya satu sama laen .hanyaa saling tuding menuding .. sendangkan oprisonal .nol rupiah ..apakah .begini menejemen kantor ini.
 Mas, we as customers are very disappointed.. because of the boss's actions and the boss can only comment patiently and patiently. While the driver is with each other.. just accusing each other.. while the oprisonal .zero rupiah ..is this the management of this office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat buruk sekali,ini pengalaman saya perjalanan dari jogja tujuan pekanbaru,kondisi travel yg buruk tanpa Ac dan jauh bgt dr rasa aman dan nyaman,waktu itu saya berangkat dari jogja jam 3 pagi udah perjalanan sampai ke brebes,dengan seenaknya sopir malah jemput penumpang dari surabaya,trus mobil,bener2 ini sopir tidak berkemanusian. Harusnya malam udah nyebarang ke kapal malah ini cm berputar2 saja,bagi temen2 jangan prnh naik mobil ini,cukup saya saja yg merasakan
The service is very bad, this is my experience traveling from Jogja to Pekanbaru, bad travel conditions without AC and far from feeling safe and comfortable, at that time I left from Jogja at 3 am already traveling to Brebes, the driver arbitrarily picked me up passengers from Surabaya, then the car, this driver is really inhumane. Travel mogok di toll Cipali KM81 arah Jakarta perjalanan tujuan pekanbaru.
Pukul 8:30 WIB pagi hingga saat ini saya menulis PKL 17:04 WIB mobil tidak kunjung sehat Krn alasan spartpart tidak ada.
Nama nya musibah TDK ada yg mau tp
Yg amat sangat menjengkelkan pihak management travel tidak ada respon cpt bagaimana dengan kondisi penumpang.
11 orang terlantar di bengkel.
Apakah dikirim mobil dari Boyolali, atau cari alternatif mobil lain yg bisa di upayakan?? Penumpang menggrutu dgn sopir, dan sopir minta bantuan boss tp aksinya apa??
Cuma jawaban " sabar, tunggu dulu".
Terkesan sangat tidak ingin rugi dgn mengirim mobil lain.
Kami penumpang rugi waktu, tenaga dan biaya.
