★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak recommended untuk yang letak pembuluh vena nya kecil/sulit ditemukan seperti saya. Begitu datang saya sudah ingatkan kalau kondisi vena saya sulit ditemukan. Dicari oleh staff yang berseragam merah kurang lebih 15menit. Tetapi tidak berhasil lalu dipanggil yang berseragam ungu. Datang cek-cek sebentar lalu asal tusuk tanpa kasih aba-aba, agak sakit, saya sudah curiga dia tidak bisa temukan. Lalu dengan kondisi jarum tertusuk dilengan saya dia goyang kanan kiri berkali-kali tapi tidak berhasil keluar. Lalu dia cabut meminta coba ditangan kiri saya. Lama mencari, saya putuskan untuk tidak jadi test disana. Untuk yang ibu yang berseragam ungu, sangat tidak ramah, kalah ramah sama dengan staff anda. Tidak ada 1 pun kata maaf karena sudah melakukan kesalahan dengan menusuk saya tanpa hasil, tidak ada aba-aba saat melakukan tindakan. Sangat tidak recommended!! What a waste of time!
Highly not recommended for those whose veins are small/hard to find like me. When I arrived, I was reminded that my vein was difficult to find. Searched by staff in red uniforms for about 15 minutes. But it didn't work and then called the purple uniform. Came to check for a while and then stabbed him without giving a hint, it hurt a bit, I already suspected he couldn't find it. Then, with the needle stuck in my arm, he shook it left and right many times but it didn't work. Then he pulled out asking to try on my left hand. Looking for a long time, I decided not to be a test there. For the mother in the purple uniform, very unfriendly, less friendly than your staff. Not a single apology for having made a mistake by stabbing me without success, no cues when taking action. Highly not recommended!! What a waste of time!
