Pelayanan yang selalu berusaha BAGAIMANA BISA MEMPERSULIT URUSAN ORANG LAIN. Bergerak di bidang Jasa Pelayanan sebagai Badan Layanan Umum, namun TIDAK LAYAK SAMA SEKALI dari segi Behave dan ADAB. Bersekolah di Kebidanan dan menjadi admin sebagai Front liner, seharusnya lebih bisa MELAYANI. Jam tutup jam 20.00, jam 19.30 admin sudah tidak ada - PULANG. Tersisa Analis. Memberikan rujukan yang salah. Diberi salam, tidak menjawab salam padahal ybs ada di dalam bilik ? Kebaikan sekecil apapun akan Allah balas dengan kebaikan. Begitipun sebaliknya.

Per telepon tanya jam buka klinik. Bpjs dijawab sampai jam 20.00. Ada bukti rekamannya. Sampai klinik, 19.25. Admin sudah pulang. Dokter jaga sudah pulang. Alasannya jam setengah 8 malam sudah pendaftaran terakhir. Jam setengah 8 pun masih kurang 5 menit. Tolong di cek rekaman CCTV nya. Seberapa banyak pasien yang merupakan cakupan klinik ini yang harus balik kanan karena ketidak-komitan klinik terhadap jam pelayanan. Mentang2 pasien askes lalu bisa seenaknya sendiri diminta kembali besok pagi. Semoga dapet hidayah semua lini di klinik ini ? Saran saya, mundur saja dari kerjasama dengan BPJS agar tidak semakin pasien dan keluarga pasien yang dikecewakan, dibuat sakit hati karena perkataan dan perbuatan.

Dokternya yg di hari senin kalo bercanda nyakitin orang, mau ngelucu tapi malah bikin orang marah. Lain kali kalo mau bikin seneng orang sakit itu lebih baik di doain biar cepet sembuh ini malah dikata2in. Stres!!!

Kurang suka sama salah satu kasir apotek nya (bapak2) jutek dan nada bicara tinggi. Tidak ramah melayani orang yang datang. Dokternya juga kalau jelasin sangat buru2, padahal kita juga bayar biaya konsultasi.

Cocok disini,obatnya bagus,ayah saya pernah dirawat di RSUD Depok Krn gangguan pencernaan selama 2 minggu tapi ga sembuh juga,akhirnya kami bawa pulang lalu kami bawa ke klinik gandul Medika ini,dikasih obat oleh dokter Syaiful yg periang itu,Puji Tuhan hari itu juga langsung sembuh,ga pake nunggu besok lagi

Kursi ini sebagai penerima pendaftaran, bukan di jam istirahat, namun KOSONG. Hampir tidak bisa dipercaya ya. Tanpa ada keterangan. Tidak juga meminta maaf. Datang-datang, oleh CS/admin bagian pendaftaran, justru adu debat. Pelayanan tidak ramah. Tidak informatif. Dan utamanya, jauh dari kata "MELAYANI". Ulasan-ulasan sebelumnya yang menyebut klinik ini tidak kompeten di bidangnya, absolutely RIGHT. Tolong diperbaiki untuk SDM nya.
