★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya sangat nyaman karena ada jarak +/-50 meter dari jalan raya sehingga tidak bising dan clusternya masih relative sepi dan tidak begitu padat, asri karena masih banyak pohon besar dan rerumputan sebagai penghijauan, aman karena akses in/out 1 pintu dan dijaga security 24 jam, strategis karena lokasinya yang sangat dekat (+/- 500 meter) dari exit/entry Tol Brigif.
Sayangnya disini harga unitnya relatif mahal, Air tanahnya kurang bagus (agak kuning/keruh), dan usia unit bangunannya yang sudah jadi agak lama (+/- sudah 5 tahun), serta kualitas bangunan ready unitnya kurang bagus.
Overall recomended bagi yang mencari hunian dengan kenyamanan, ketenangan dan privasi dengan tetap berlokasi strategis (bersebelahan persis dengan Jagakrsa Jaksel).
The location is very convenient because there is a distance of +/-50 meters from the highway so it is not noisy and the cluster is still relatively quiet and not so crowded, beautiful because there are still many large trees and grass for reforestation, safe because access in / out is 1 door and guarded by security 24 hours, strategic because of its very close location (+/- 500 meters) from the exit/entry of the Brigif Toll Road.
Unfortunately here the unit price is relatively expensive, the ground water is not good (a bit yellow/cloudy), and the age of the finished building unit is a bit old (+/- 5 years), and the quality of the ready unit building is not good.
Overall recommended for those who are looking for housing with comfort, tranquility and privacy while remaining strategically located (right next door to Jagakrsa South Jakarta).

Lokasi strategis ke jalan raya yang banyak tempat-tempat kuliner, tapi ga di pinggir jalan persis, sehingga tidak terlalu ramai aksesnya.
Tenang, asri, strategis.
Tapi belum nemu ATM centre dekat2 sini, mungkin ke depannya bakalan ada
Attached to the brigief toll road, from the back of the housing you can see the toll road.
Strategic location to the highway which has many culinary places, but not exactly on the side of the road, so the access is not too crowded.
Quiet, beautiful, strategic.
But I haven't found an ATM center near here, maybe in the future there will be
