Saya taruh laptop untuk diservice tanggal 4 Januari 2020. Lalu masnya bilang akan dihubungi kerusakannya apa. Sampai tanggal 10 Januari ga ada kabar, lalu saya kesana. Alasannya mas2 yang ngurusin lagi meriang. Trus katanya mau diurus mas2 yg lain. Tanggal 13 Januari saya ke sana lagi karna lagi2 ga ada kabar. Tapi mas2nya malah bilang "OH INI LAPTOPNYA BELUM DIAPA2IN, GINI AJA, NANTI SIANG JADI GA JADI DIAMBIL AJA".
Saran: kalau memang ga mau nerima, bilang aja! Ga usah diundur2 kayak mau ngerjain padahal enggak sama sekali!
*FYI: saya masukin laptop ke tempat service lain tgl 13 januari, selesai tanggal 20 januari

I put the laptop to be serviced on January 4, 2020. Then the owner said what damage would be contacted. Until January 10 there was no news, then I went there. The reason is the masses who manage are cheerful. Then he said he would take care of another mas2. On January 13, I went there again because there was no news. But the mas2 instead said "OH THIS IS THE LAPTOP YET'S NOTHING, GINI AJA, LATER AFTERNOON SO BEING TAKEN AJA".
Suggestion: if you really don't want to, just say it! No need to be pushed back like you want to do when you don't!
* FYI: I put my laptop into another service place on January 13, finished on January 20

1. Tidak tepat waktu dan tidak sesuai janji
2. Laptop d taroh sembarangan gaes. Di tumpuk tumpuk seperti tidak menghargai barang pelanggan yg mungkin masing2 dari pelanggan membelinya dengan sisa2 tabungan yg d kumpulkan dr jerih payah keringat mereka.
3. Kurang ramah dan terkesan meremehkan.

1. Not on time and not as promised
2. The laptop is placed carelessly, guys. In piles, it seems like they don't appreciate the customer's goods, which maybe each of the customers buys it with the remaining savings that they have collected from their hard work.
3. Less friendly and seem dismissive.
