★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya siswa dasar 1 di Gakushudo cabang Grand Wijaya, dan saya sangat kecewa dengan cabang ini (saya belum pernah mencoba cabang lain) Baru 1 kali pertemuan, 2 pertemuan selanjutnya diliburkan oleh Gakushudo karena sensei jadwal bentrok dan minggu berikutnya diliburkan lagi karena counternya yang berhalangan hadir.
kekurangan terbesarnya
1. tidak ada guru pengganti jika sensei berhalangan hadir, jadi kelas dibatalkan
2. kalo counternya yang berhalangan hadir gak ada yang bisa gantiin, kelas dibatalkan
Saya sudah pernah mencoba berbagai tempat les bahasa dan selalu ada pengganti jika guru berhalangan hadir. Counter juga selalu stand by.
Mohon pekerjakan lagi pegawai baru supaya hal-hal seperti ini tidak terjadi lagi. Supaya kalau misalnya counter/gurunya berhalangan hadir ada penggantinya.
Saya merasa dirugikan karena belajarnya jadi telat dan yang seharusnya les 3 bulan aja bisa bisa jadi 4 atau 6 bulan, karena kesalahan gakushudo sendiri.
I am the 1st elementary student in the Grand Wijaya branch of Gakushudo, and I am very disappointed with this branch (I have never tried another branch) Only one meeting, the next 2 meetings were closed by Gakushudo because the sensei schedule was clashing and the following week was closed again because the counter was unable to attend .
its biggest shortcomings
1. There is no substitute teacher if sensei is unable to attend, so the class is canceled
2. If the counter is unable to attend, no one can replace it, the class is canceled
I have tried various places for language lessons and there is always a substitute if the teacher is unable to attend. Counter also always stand by.
Please hire new employees so that things like this do not happen again. So if for example the counter / teacher is unable to attend, there is a replacement.
I feel aggrieved because the learning is so late and that should only take 3 months of tutoring could be 4 or 6 months, due to Gakushudo's own mistakes.
