1. Cozy workshop, but in ground floor just have 1 group waiting seat (4 cozy chair and 1 around table).
And I don't think that seat for waiting seat.
Seems for someone "VIP" do some transaction.
But they have more seat at up there (2nd floor).
2. For the price is still quite affordable.
3. Long queue to get your bike inside to repair.
So, there's a waiting list!
You have to come here early if you are in a rush.
4. Result after repair,
Neat but not checked availability items that are commodities for my motorbike to be repaired.
Confirmation report is at the end after the motor has been repaired.
So annoying!
If you don't have that item, tell your costumer immediately from the first time you fill customer repair form and release your costumer to find another workshop.
We get our bike here to finished all our bike problem not to delaying some part who unfinished repaired!
That's makes me especially, to do more effort and thinking twice just for my bike problem!!
5. The staff is helpful and diligent enough to come to the customer who is waiting with relax at the cafe, for signature matters and informing your motorcycle turn for repair, informed your motorbike has been repaired and then guides to the payment process in the workshop.
For Cafe :
1. Cozy with silent atmosphere.
2. Good food but quite pricey for the portion size and variety as familiar as outside selling the exact same variant.
3. Nice Coffee!
4. Helpfull staff
