★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mohon sebelum menyajikan makanan ke cust, di test food dan di check dulu oleh waitersnya. kemarin saya datang, ice cream di chiller hanya tersedia rasa coklat. tapi ketika di ambil dan dicoba, rasanya lebih seperti ampas bubuk coklat, bukan eskrim coklat. seperti sudah tidak layak di konsumsi.
saya biasa datang ke gaembull gading serpong, sudah hafal betul bgmn rasa ice creamnya. rasanya ga lengkap kalo dateng ke gaembull tapi ga makan ice creamnya.
it's name "gaembull signature" but it did not better than regular gaembull in gading serpong.
before serving food to the customer, please test the food and check it first by the waiters. Yesterday I came, the ice cream in the chiller is only available in chocolate flavor. but when taken and tried, it tastes more like cocoa powder dregs, not chocolate ice cream. like it's not fit for consumption.
I usually come to Gaembull Gading Serpong, I already know the taste of the ice cream by heart. it feels incomplete if you come to gaembull but don't eat the ice cream.
it's name "gaembull signature" but it did not better than regular gaembull in gading serpong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini kunjungan saya yang ke 3 di sini, dan baru kali ini, order makanan yang di menu daging tipis dan daging kotak , 20 porsi harus nunggu lama banget, setelah pesan sekitar 15 menit datang 9 porsi lalu 30 menit kemudian datang lagi 9 porsi. Jadi butuh 50 menit untuk sediakan 18 porsi saja, dengan kondisi cuma meja saya yang ada tamu. Arti nya cuma melayani saya aja.
Di tengah makan , tiba tiba pelayan cowok , tanpa permisi buka jendela di belakang teman saya , dan buka jendela di sisi belakang saya. Padahal saya pilih makan di Indoor yang ada AC dan biar adem. Sejak di buka begitu , udara jadi panas , berdebu, dan berisik suara jalanan. Saya gak paham maksud dan tujuan di pelayan cowok ini. Karena tidak bertanya dan tidak permisi.
Karena ini kunjungan ke 3 , maka saya bisa review hal di atas, karena kunjungan pertama dan kedua, hal di atas tidak terjadi.
Mohon management dapat memberi bimbingan ke karyawan.
This is my 3rd visit here, and this is the first time, ordering food on the thin meat menu and boxed meat, 20 portions had to wait a very long time, after ordering for about 15 minutes 9 portions came and then 30 minutes later 9 portions came again. So it took 50 minutes to provide only 18 servings, with the condition that only my table had guests. It means just serving me.
In the middle of eating, suddenly the male waiter, without permission, opened the window behind my friend, and opened the window on the back side of me. Even though I choose to eat in the Indoor which has AC and let it cool. Since it was opened, the air has become hot, dusty, and noisy with street noises. I don't understand the meaning and purpose of this male servant. For not asking and not excused.
Because this is my 3rd visit, then I can review the above, because the first and second visits, the above did not happen.
Please management can provide guidance to employees.
