Softwarenya masih belum sempurna, kadang tidak sink dengan Hadirr, sebagai user kita ttidak ada training, karena kita user kecil untuk 6 orang, hanya chat lewat CS online , yang kadang jawabnya lama dan kurang jelas. Setting Gadjian dan Hadirr masih belum ada panduannya. jadi kita setting sendiri, kita tidak ada yang membantu dan menerka nerka untuk mensetting sendiri.
