★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service takes more than what other service places time takes, extremely unprofessional, in fact, i rather say they're junk, amateurs, bunch of indiscipline rats that runs a service store. My experience was that my phone died for a corrupted firmware, i took it to Gabe Cell, they able to re flash it with another firmware, not the right firmware. They lost the IMEI number, they told me that it will be done by 8, i called them by 8 and they said that, it hasn't done yet, so i waited until the next day, Saturday, i called by 1 PM, the technician was praying, i called back again by 4 PM, they said my phone hasn't done and they will notify me when it's done, i called by 8 PM, still not done, the next day, the store closed. Leaving me clueless of how my phone progressed, until now, still no confirmation. I rather gone to Karawaci, kilometers away from my area, rather than going here, i extremely do not suggest this place to service your phone, not only do not suggest, i TELL you not to service your phone here. Incompetent, amateurs, unprofessional, at least those 3 words will explain everything about this place.
