 I prefer to play in West Jakarta, the cashier is rama "not like dikalibata is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada 2 karyawati yg malas check barang hadiah digudang...saya mau tukar kipas yg besar kata nya tidak ada stock nya digudang...tapi pas datang lg 1 karyawati nya dan saya tanyakan dijawab ada..langsung diambil lah stock kipas angin yg besar...tolong pihak funcity kalibata mall harap di brief lagi karyawati nya tentang pelayanan nya...terima kasih.
There are 2 female employees who are lazy to check the gift items in the warehouse ... I want to exchange the big fan, the word there is no stock in the warehouse ... but when I arrived, there were 1 employee and I asked to answer it, there was a big fan ... please help the Funcity Kalibata Mall, please at the brief of the employee about his service ... thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ihk kok banyak banget yang complain dengan pelayanan nya jelek. Aku jadi males mau main ke sini, padahal hari sabtu aku mau kesini sama pacar aku dengan teman" aku. Gak jadi deh aku mau main disini nanti aku gak dilayani. Mending aku main di fun city jakbar ajja deh.
How come there are so many who complain about the poor service. I'm so lazy to play here, even though on Saturday I want to come here with my boyfriend and my friend. "I don't want to. I want to play here later, I won't be served. It's better if I play in the fun city of Ajak Ajja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basket nya kurang seruh bossku. Semenjak jaring2 nya pake tali klo masuk gak ngitung. Tambah lagi Kipas nya dimatiin jadi panas pas main alasan nya udah ada AC, tapi panas banget sumpek engap gak dingin. Gak seruh gak nyaman main nya. Paya dah?
Basketball is less my boss's boss. Since the net is using a rope, when I come in, it doesn't count. Plus the fan is turned off so it's hot when playing the reason it's already air-conditioned, but it's really hot and not cold. Not said not comfortable playing. Paya dah?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannya kurang gg ramah , dan kurang jujur . gg tau dr karyawati nya atau mesinnya yg error. saya setiap minggu sekali main di fun city kalibata dan tiketnya dikumpulin dan diitung manual dirumah untuk barang yg ingin saya tukarkan. tetapi pas saya mau tukar ternyata tiketnya kurang dr itungan manual saya. ( gg mungkin saya salah soalnya dipisahin untuk barang yg ingin saya tukar).. kecewa pas saya tanya itu udah semua? dengan jawab ketusnya itu karyawati. tolong lebih jujur lg untuk mbanya..
the service is less friendly and less honest. I don't know from the employee or the engine is error. I once every week played in the fun city of Kalibata and the tickets were collected and counted manually at home for the items I wanted to exchange. but when I wanted to exchange it turned out that the ticket was less than my manual calculation. (maybe I was wrong because I separated it for the item I wanted to exchange) ... disappointed when I asked, was that all? with the curt reply the employee. please be more honest to the MB ..
