★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya adem, ada chasan / colokan listrik dekat musholah juga. Bersih - Cocok u/ wfh - remote work . Ramen Halal khas nagoya tapi disini ada menu baru Rose Ramen - Rose Ramyeon saya juga suka Toripaitan Red Ramen nya
 The place is cool, there is a chasan / electric plug near the prayer room too. Clean - Suitable for / wfh - remote work . Halal Ramen is typical of Nagoya but here is a new menu Rose Ramen - Rose Ramyeon I also like the Toripaitan Red Ramen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nya bersih, nyaman buat nongki2 pas malem karna adem diruang terbuka gitu, dapet free ocha juga kalau makan ditempat. Toripaitan red ramen bumbu nya pas, kmrn juga sempet nyobain yang rose ramen/ramyeon rasa baru, pertama kali nyoba rasa nya enak, yg penting ini ramen halal?
The place is clean, comfortable for hanging out at night because it's cool in the open space, you get free ocha too if you eat at the place. Toripaitan red ramen has the right seasoning, I also tried the new rose ramen/ramyeon, the first time I tried it, it tasted good, the important thing is that it's halal ramen?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered tsukemen.. The broth was too thick to be considered as broth, consistency was so thick it felt like porridge.. Taste of the red broth was too acidic it was close to canned sardine sauce.. The noodle quality was quite good and the topping taste was great if it's not put in the broth (unfortunately that's how they put the topping).. The egg was a bit salty with little complementary taste.. The texture was good and nicely done..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rare open space ramen bar, the ramen is good, and the chef/crew is so kind, but the ultimate point goes to the places because its an open space with decent amount of trees so even if you come in the middle of the day its the sun did not directly kiss you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tsukemen ramen is an innovative way of eating ramen. The combination of the thick sauce and big ramen is perfect.
Plus the place is outdoor and when we have to live hand in hand with covid, this place is the safest ramen bar in Jakarta.
I would definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here on Monday afternoon after passing through a foodie review from Instagram. Decided to go as it's an outdoor outlet and they practice good health protocol (My #1 concern in dining out). No one else was dining in, so we decided to give the dine in a go.
Ordered:
1. Toripaitan red (chicken broth ramen soup base with mushroom, grilled chicken breast, scallions, and half boiled egg) 4,2/5. This one was a rather good one compared to the others we ordered, loved their noodle texture (nicely cooked), the broth was okay for a thick broth. To my liking, the broth can be improved with richer flavor by improving the tare or the broth. Oh! Gotta give my appreciation to the torched chicken breast. It was smokey, and it was good.
2. Forgot the name but it was a cold ramen with thick broth on side. 3/5. Boyfriend ordered this but it was no good. Think they added too much corn starch or whatever they put in there to make it thick. Was the consistency right or am I just wrong not to like it?
3. J.Lo Ramen (?) Basically a chicken broth ramen with more veggies (chopped cabbage). Easily a 3/5. Sorry but the broth didn't go well to my liking as I think the veggies ruined the taste of the broth. It was pungent with the cabbage sinking in, and not fresh. Idk what went wrong but it was definitely not the ramen broth I was looking for.
4. Mazesoba (dry ramen) for takeaway. 4/5 for me. My mum liked it. Had a strong taste of sesame oil, and the noodle consistency was good.
All in all I really appreciate the new opening of this ramen bar amidst the pandemic and how they highly think of a way of providing dine in experience with less worry. Was honestly not expecting much of this place (karena selama 1,5 tahun pandemi baru 3 kali dine-in dan keperluan makan di luar hanya kalaaauu ingiiin banget) dan tempatnya baru buka, jadi purely kesini karena emang pengen ramen halal dan tempatnya cenderung aman karena outdoor dan sepi-compared to the other packed ramen places. Service was good, rather slow tapi cukup lah untuk ukuran hanya ada 1 karyawan dan pesanan kita ada 4 macem. Oh, thank you for the free ocha!
