Chat selalu responsif. Staff nya ramah dan bersih banget hasil kerjannya. Beneran detail banget.
 I have used Freshsofa twice to wash mattresses, sofabeds, office chairs and carpets.
Chat is always responsive. The staff is friendly and the work is very clean. Really very detailed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru sekali coba jasa freshsofa, bersih banget.. semua sofa yg dicuci warna terang dan sudah banyak noda, benar2 hilang dan bersih. Petugas juga memastikan sofa kering dan tidak meninggalkan bau..jadi benar2 bersih dan fresh
Just tried the freshsofa service for the first time, really clean... all the sofas that were washed were light colors and had lots of stains, really missing and clean. The clerk also makes sure the sofa is dry and doesn't leave a bad smell.. so it's really clean and fresh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kalinya pakai jasa Freshsofa, professional banget, tepat waktu, dan rajin sekali bersihkannya tulen. Saya WA untuk tanya info jam 1 siang, jam 2.30 sudah datang dan mulai bersih2 3 sofa dan 2 kursi tamu + bantal2 besar. Pak Juned yang ngatur lewat WA dan sangat responsive. Mas jaja dan herman yang datang untuk bersihkan, tim yang sip deh pokoknya. Kerja non-stop selama 3.5jam dan hasilnya jauh lebih bersih dari sebelumnya. Pasti panggil lagi untuk akhir tahun
First time using Freshsofa's services, very professional, on time, and very diligent in cleaning it thoroughly. I WA to ask for info at 1 pm, at 2.30 it arrived and started cleaning 3 sofas and 2 guest chairs + large pillows. Mr. Juned who arranged via WA and was very responsive. Mas jaja and herman who came to clean up, the team is really good. Non-stop work for 3.5 hours and the results are much cleaner than before. Definitely call again for the end of the year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and clean.not fast but very clean.Of course they can not clean 100% stain in my white colored 5 year old spring bed.but my dirty sofa bed cleaned like its new. Queen bed can take up to 1 hour to clean it up. Nice staff.Thanks
