★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pertama sempet ragu,tp baru pertama kali disana ternyata pelayanannya ramah banget apalagi groomernya yg menangani doggy saya juga cekatan dan sabar banget. klau bisa ac d ruang tunggu konsumen diganti baru,kantor pusatnya tolong perhatiin masa cabang sebaik ini ac untuk konsumen tdak dganti? maju terus,ga akan bosen" saya kesana.
At first I had doubts, but this was the first time there it turned out that the service was really friendly, especially the groomer who handled the doggy I was also very skilled and patient. if you can replace the ac d the customer waiting room, the head office please pay attention to the branch period as well as this, the ac for consumers doesn't change? move on, won't be bored "I went there.

Tapi syg yg di kasir maen game trus, jd yg ngelayanin saya juga groomernya. Tempatnya bersih dan nyaman tapi Lt 2 panas pdhal ada AC, mohon segera diperbaiki untuk kenyamanan Customer
The best groomer ever, the cut is neat and the people are friendly n polite. The work is also meticulous, not as long as the others. But the one at the cashier plays the game then, so the groomer is also serving me. The place is clean and comfortable but Lt 2 is hot even if there is air conditioning, please repair it immediately for customer convenience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat groomingnya rapi & ga bau sama sekali,groomernya juga slalu kasih saran yg trbaik untuk anjing saya. Yang jaga tokonya agak cuek & maen game trus,untung ada groomernya yg inisiatif melayani saya. Harga dan hasil groomingnya sangat cocok :)
The grooming place is neat & doesn't smell at all, the groomer always gives the best advice for my dog. Those who guard the shop are a bit indifferent and play games, fortunately there is a groomer who takes the initiative to serve me. The price and grooming results are very suitable :)

Anjing jadi banyak kutu di bagian leher. Mungkin disana kurang bersih. Ga pernah saya kiat leher anjing saya sampai begini. Parah
First and last experience in this pet shop. Take my dog for a bath, shave and put flea medication on. Even my dog lives there. And I picked up a few hours later. Dogs have lots of fleas on the neck. Maybe it's not clean there. I have never tricked my dog's neck like this. Severe

All the grooming service took almost 4 hours. But it's good that the location was near a lot of good restaurant, so you know where to go when you groom your pets here.
The service was quite, price is quite affordable (not that cheap, not expensive either), and clean.
