★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A representative from Frame A Trip reached out to me requesting photography services. They agreed that they only needed 300 raw pictures. After sending them everything they requested they failed to respond to any further messages regarding payment for my services. It has been over 6 weeks and I still have not received payment. However, the client I took pictures for confirmed Frame A Trip collected their money up front. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. They claimed there's an issue with their payment system, but it's hard to believe it's been "down" for 6 weeks. Very disappointing and frustrating.
