★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informasinya kacau, progres tdk pernah diinfo, sampai hari kerja hanya 5 hari saja tidak diinfokan. 2 order bermasalah semua. Pengiriman dari tgl 4 desember sampai sekarang belum sampai, padahal alamat tujuan di jawa timur, masa jakarta-jawa timur sampai 1 minggu lebih. Diminta bukti resi berkali2 juga tidak ditanggapi. Apa karena sudah bayar lunas di depan kemudian pelayanannya ala kadarnya karena merasa sudah terima uang? Order pun dikirim tidak lengkap. Order 500pcs dikirim 300pcs tanpa konfirmasi apapun, hanya diinfokan setelah customer komplain. Susah sekali ya untuk kasih info/progres ke customer ?

Deliveries from December 4 until now have not arrived, even though the destination address is in East Java, the Jakarta-East Java period for more than 1 week. Asked for proof of receipt repeatedly also did not respond. Is it because you have paid in full up front and then the service is perfunctory because you feel you have received money? The order was sent incomplete. Order 500pcs, sent 300pcs without any confirmation, only informed after the customer complains. Yes, it's very difficult to provide information / progress to the customer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TIDAK bisa di urus HALAL. minta surat pendukung untuk ke MUI, sudah 1 bulan ga ada respon dari sales yang namanya SHABRINA. Tlp dan wa ke cs lain juga ga di tanggapi. Jangan order kesini deh. Mengecewakan pelayanan nya. Minta di bayar FULL di awal. Tapi kita minta bantuan lain ga di tanggapi.
can not be managed HALAL. I asked for a support letter to go to MUI, it's been 1 month there has been no response from the sales person whose name is SHABRINA. Calls and wa to other cs are also not responded to. Don't order here. Disappointing the service. Ask to be paid FULL at the beginning. But we asked for other help, no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya ramah ramah, di bimbing banget oleh para consultantnya sampai mendapatkan kemasan yang perfect, udaj repeat 3 kali tapi ga pernah mengecewakan, ada si sedikit sedikit defect tapi mau bertanggung jawab dan memberikan yang terbaik. pokoknya keren bgt flexypack, yang bingung mau bikin kemasan dimana saya sarankan bisa buat di flexypack.
The service is friendly and friendly, very guided by the consultants to get the perfect packaging, have repeated 3 times but never disappoints, there is a little defect but wants to be responsible and give the best. flexypack is really cool, those who are confused about making packaging which I suggest can be made in flexypack.
