The seller was really happy when he told the price : I still remember his smile... Such a rude man taking advantage of a foreigner while thinking it's a tourist ; but I live here, I know the price... I tried to tell him but he didn't change his mind...
Run away from this place, there are plenty of other photocopy shops just next door, people are nicer there and won't scam you!
