The place is so cozy. The waitress also so nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New opening bobba tea at baywalk. Yeah actually for bobba the taste is not really special and little bit too sweet. But the best is flufy pancake. Served with cream cheese and bobba. Next time i would try other flavor. But overall this dish is the best that i ever tried. The matcha drink is strong. But better you can try by yourself. Next time plan to get flufy pancake green tea.
