★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for 1.5 hours for lulur scrub. I got 1 hour...I actually timed it as I felt the masseuse was ridiculous in her efforts.
She was charging her phone in the cubicle and kept texting someone. So half hearted in her efforts, kept leaving the cubicle and excessive time wasting leaving and entering the cubicle.
Once she was done, I asked her to make up the time by doing head massage as there was over 25 minutes remaining. She had the audacity to ask me to pay extra. I just said stop.
As soon as I wanted to leave she accosted me and had the nerve to force me to tip! I reluctantly gave her a paltry 20k just to get out of there.
I told the receptionist everything and she told us that the time we got started being counted the moment we paid at the till! So if you paid for an hour and it took you 20 minutes to get from the reception to the massage cubicle you'd actually only get 40 minutes. Bear that in mind.
Really upset... Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a well recommended place to get a proper sports massage. I recently injured my lower left hip due to exercise. It persisted for well over a month. I tried a traditional massage, also watching Youtube videos for self help to no avail.
My therapist, Bu Endang asked my problem and she immediately knew which area to address, very different than a traditional massage therapist. The treatment was extremely painful in the beginning, but after only 30 minutes focus on the area, I was able to support myself on the left side without any major discomfort.
I went on a Monday afternoon, so it was rather empty. You should book first on weekends and evenings.
I will be back to make sure the injury really goes away and hope to be exercising back to normal soon.
