Saya pesan barang tanggal 02 Desember 2021, sampai tanggal 6 Desember status pesanan saya belum ada perubahan di situs web rumahflypower.id, akhirnya saya berinisiatif untuk menghubungi CS yg tertera di web, jawabannya "akan kami cek" Sampai sore tiba saya tanya lagi tapi no respon, wa saya hanya di baca tanpa ada balasan, dan hari ini tanggal 7 Desember saya menanyakan lagi tentang kejelasan barang yg saya beli, ya bukan barang mahal cuma hal kecil, tapi ntah responnya kurang menyenangkan, sampai akhir nya baru di kirim no resi ke saya,
Jujur saya kecewa, apa seperti ini layanan yg di berikan oleh CS brand besar seperti FLYPOWER?
Semoga bisa jadi bahan evaluasi
