★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sound cukup, screen ok, Kualitas kursinya ga premium (kurang empuk & kulit std), seating layout jg kurang terasa privacy nya, petugas counter ticket jg keliatan masih baru & kurang terlatih.
The sound is sufficient, the screen is ok, the quality of the seats is not premium (not soft & std leather), the seating layout also lacks privacy, the ticket counter staff also looks new and untrained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer management: order tickets and snacks in the same line, put per person will wait until 15-20 minutes, wasted. So not effective. This poor system continues with after you pay/order the snack with a long queue, you still need to join another line to just pick up what you order in the pickup order line, and that makes you have to queue again. NOT OK! Wasted. And so BOT EFFECTIVE. No way will watch again in here. I even can't give this cinema a one star. So poor.
