★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Technician was not even bother to try fixing my printer and telling me that the print head was damage as i haven't use it for quiet sometimes. as well, to replace the head will cost me IDR 1300000..
The Lady Staff is very nice and friendly.
So I guess no more coming here for me ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to place for ink refill. They do it fast. In less than 10 minutes you'd get your old empty ink cartridge filled and ready. Can't say much about their printer repair tho since mine haven't broke yet. The cashier lady is friendly too so that's a plus.
