★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the smallest Platinum club in Jakarta. Mostly crowded and areas are cramped. The group class exercise room has low ceiling and extremely poor air circulation so it’s more exhausting doing high intensity training. You know... you-could smell-someone-else’s-breath kind of exhausting. Yuck!
However the good thing here is they have separate room for Yoga classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym facility with free training area and two group exercise studios (no cycling studio though). Central location ans easy access from Menara BCA, or Grand Indonesia (walk towards Gramedia book store). Several membership options available including walk ins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of Fitness First in indonesia which got a swimming pool and many classes. It's a little bit small compare to other branches, but quite complete. This FF is the most crowded one, I think. So better to prevent this branch on weekdays after office hours. The marketing/sales staff is somehow lack the post-registration service though. When we already registered, then they won't pay any attention for anything you said

This gym located on 7th floor of Menara BCA and can be accessed via Grand Indonesia at Gramedia.
Staff are very welcomed, they profide gym clothes.
Their cobid protocol are strick and amazing. Even they wipe the membership card whenever we change! The pool also has maximum of 3 pax every hour.
