★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here again after maybe four years because Fitness Frist at Lippo Mall Kemang is nearer to me. But even though this is only a 'regular' Fitness First, the quality, layout and the atmosphere is better than the one in Lippo Mall Kemang. Much better
The area itself is huge. They have free weight area (although it's not that big), a freestyle area, a weight machine area, static bike area (a huge one), and one room where you do classes like zumba. The weight machines is in good condition
The staff is very helpful, the water fountain is working perfectly, the bathroom is clean, the drawer is working perfectly fine. So far I found no issues here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are all nice and friendly, the place is good place to exercise. Plus they have this nice view overlooking a green scenery, a rarely view found in Jakarta. You could even find friends with common interest for sports here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice gym. My place for my daily workout. The staff here is very friendly. The facilities are always clean. Members here are a nice mix of Indonesian people and some expats. Next to that, it's not too crowded. You will rarely have to wait for doing your favourite workout.
