★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong mesin leg curl/extension nya dibenerin, mau latihan hamstring bingung. Terus tambahin barbell nya, disini barbell freeweight cuma 1 jadi rebutan hahaha, terus mesin legpress juga kayaknya butuh pelumas itu.
Please fix the leg curl/extension machine, I'm confused about hamstring training. Keep adding the barbells, there's only 1 freeweight barbell here, so it's a fight hahaha, then the legpress machine also seems to need that lubricant.
