★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sy mau keluhkan pelayanan cashier anda di toko FISIK Hartono mall Yogyakarta, ketika itu tgl 29/12/18 jam 9 an sy berkunjung ke sana, sdh pilih 2 model Piero dan Lotto. sy tnyakan utk size 43 dan 44 nya. dan mas" nya bilang utk kedua size tersebut available. namun sy tinggal keluar, dan kembali lgi toko sdh turunkan penutup namun msh ada pengunjung di dalam nya dan sy bilang sy sdh pilih model tinggal bayar sj, kemudian krna yg sy coba ukuran 43 serasa msh sesak, sy minta yg 44 nya namun mas tsb menyampaikan klo utk 44 nya tidak available (what!). Disini
sy berpikir apakah krna toko mau tutup lalu sebegitu nya melayani customer ? awal nya jg di seperti di persulit, mas tsb bilang kalau payment via card tidak bsa krna sdh mau closing an ? ketika itu jam 9.40 an, tp ujung" nya bisa aja via debit.
Tolong lah, kita ini pembeli berhak pilih barang sesuai yg kita mau, pdhl mungkin tdk smpai 5 mnt utk ambilkan barang di gudang, namun smpai korban kan kekecewaan customer!
I want to complain about your cashier service at the PHYSICAL shop Hartono mall Yogyakarta, when it was 29/12/18 at 9 am I visited there, I have chosen 2 models Piero and Lotto. I asked for size 43 and 44. and mas "they said that both sizes were available. But I stayed out, and came back again. The store has lowered the cover but there are still visitors inside and I said I've chosen the model, just pay for it, then because what I tried is size 43, it seems like it still works it's tight, I asked for the 44 but the mas said that the 44 is not available (what!). Here
I'm thinking, is it because the shop wants to close and then serve customers like that? At first, it was like making it difficult, the man said that payment via card couldn't be done because it was closing already? when it was 9.40, but the end could be via debit.
Please, we are buyers who have the right to choose the goods we want, even though it may not take 5 minutes to pick up the goods at the warehouse, but until the victim is the customer's disappointment!
