★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari segi kualitas bangunan sangat bagus, design jg ok. Namun disini menggunakan satu sumur untuk dipakai semua penghuni. Jd harus isi token listrik untuk menyalakan mesin air agar air bisa ngalir ke stiap rumah. Yang disayangkan mengisi token listriknya itu tidak diatur sama developer tapi seingetnya penghuni. Ada yg sering ngisi token ada pula yg g pernah ngisi token listriknya.
In terms of building quality it is very good, the design is also ok. However, here uses one well for all residents to use. So you have to fill in the electricity token to start the water machine so that water can flow to each house. The unfortunate thing is that filling in the electricity token is not regulated by the developer, but the occupants are in line. There are those who often fill in tokens, some have never filled in their electricity tokens.
