β β β β β Bad internet service all around, with constant connection problem and to top it all, there are no amends or effort to improve their quality and sevice, even they cant deliver their own bare minimum service that we paid. I implore you dont use this service!!.

Inconvenience started from the beginning, marketing staff didn't inform me about extra charge for extended cable. When field staff started to work for isntallation, they suddenly ask me to pay around IDR 400k for 40 meters. Of course we refused, and we decided to delay the installation and ask the marketing staff about this. After we explain the problem, the marketing finally admit there will be some charge for extra cable. The next day, installation staff come again, and guess what, we are charged for only IDR 190k (far from 400k as calculated by previous team)! I wonder how unprofessional they are.
Marketing also didn't inform me that the package we are subscribing is for limited period only. After certain period, the channel will be reduced and the price will go up. This is unprofessional, but it's ok.
I've had enough and decided to stop being their customer. And... the dissatisfisfaction continues: they didn't inform me anything about "contract": customer will be charged 300k if they unsubscribe before a year period. SMH.
Most disturbing: poor internet connection. I use internet to watch over my children through IPCAM when we work during the day, but it was completely useless since internet is frequently disconnected during that time.

β β β β β Bad customer service, overpriced and bad quality internet, seldom stable. If their target is to be like indiho**'s quality and service, then well done you have achieved it first media. To anyone even thinking of subbing to them i implore you to find other alternative isps rather than this garbage of a service

β β β β β It is annoying to have service interruptions every day. Sometimes it is just a few seconds but sometimes one hour. And there is hardly a single day without interruption. There is definitely room for service improvement
