★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah subsidi tp hanya sedikit unitnya, jd serasa perum komersil. Ukuran rumah sama seperti subsidi lain dan ini pakai aluminium kusennya, dingin hebel tp sayangnya masih single dindin. Untuk akses sangat mudah bisa dr arah mana aja karena dekat pinggir jalan, pasar dan sekolah jg dekat jd enak g perlu jauh²
