if you buy small quantity, you will never well handled unless you buy big quantity. I had experience both.

β β β β β I really wanted to like this place, because it has some good selections and reasonably priced as well. But I was frustrated by the lack of coordination and professionalism within their team. From receiving wrong price quotation, difficulties in communicating and arranging schedule, to shoddily done installation by some of their workers.
My project was done in two days by different workers, in which the first day result was fine. But at the end of the second day the place was a mess. Glue marks and pencil marks everywhere, planks popping out on the side, door stoppers ripped out, they didn't even bother to put their plastic bottles and other trash in the bin. I had to call the worker from the first day myself to go back and fix them up. Oh and by the end of the day there were still plenty of unused materials. The unopened boxes itself at least amount to 20% of all the boxes I purchased. Made me wonder how they did the measurement in the first place.
I know that this was a very small project, but the experience made me think thrice before trusting them again to handle bigger project. Especially since this isn't my first time dealing with wood flooring, so I know how it's supposed to be done. Not recommended.
