★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dari teknisinya sangat buruk, tidak sopan dan kerja asal2an, menurut tokonya teknisi ini dari pihak luar atau istilahnya outsourcing, tapi saya taunya ya mereka semua 1 pihak untuk melakukan penjualan dan pemasangan. Nama teknisinya iriyanto. Hari pertama dipasang tdk ada masalah, besok paginya ada kebocoran di 2 titik. Solusi yg ditawarkan juga hanya via WA dikasih petunjuk untuk cara2nya, bukan datang untuk perbaikan. Case ini saya anggap selesai dengan rating bintang 2 sebagai bentuk kekecewaan konsumen thdp toko, dimana saya sebagai konsumen juga bayar full tanpa nego harga, yg seharusnya mendapatkan hak saya secara full juga. Tadinya kalau ini bagus, saya mau repeat order untuk pemasangan filter dirumah, setelah kejadian ini mohon maaf cukup sampai disini saja.

The solution offered is also only via WA given instructions for how to do it, not coming for repair. I consider this case completed with a 2 star rating as a form of consumer disappointment with the store, where as a consumer I also pay in full without negotiating the price, which should get my full rights too. At first, if this is good, I want to repeat orders for installing filters at home, after this incident I apologize, just stop here.
