Semuanya di mudahkan disini.. asal kita terus terang dan mau jelasin apa masalah kita.. pasti di bantu.. ?? Pengalaman pribadi sya sih gitu.
Actually, if we are cooperative, and talk well, how can we help... Alhamdulillah, we are always given a way... Whether it's installment payments, fine payments or BPKB collection... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa bgt si sama fif pelayanan ga baik, sampe skrg tiap bulan bayarin denda. Padahal awal ngambil motor udah urus tanggal jatuh tempo dan bayar juga untuk ngubah jatuh tempo tapi tidak di proses dan tiap bulan di datengin org fif karna telat bayar
Very disappointed with the fif the service is not good, until now every month I pay a fine. Even though when I first took the motorbike, I took care of the due date and also paid to change the maturity but it was not processed and every month Fif people come because they pay late

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pembayaran cicilan terakhir dan langsung pengambilan bpkb prosesnya sangat cepat sekali. hanya butuh waktu 30menit. pelayanan juga memuaskan.
the last installment payment and direct bpkb withdrawal the process is very fast. it only takes 30 minutes. service is also satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst branch ever...their system was down and they cannot do anything. All the customers who have come waiting for nothing without any giving solution or good advise for customers. All the staff at the counter are just busy chit chat & playing mobile. ? when you're late for the payment they gonna bothering you and ruin your day. But when they too slow in operational then nothing they can do for customers. FIF Grup please fix your SOP for the customers satisfaction not only pursuing the payment ontime. Customers deserve the service.
