★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat kecewa sama fif group sudah 2x saya ditolak untuk kredit motor tampa alasan yang jelas tolong buat fif jangan pilih2 orang kaya apa orang miskin gaji kecil apa gaji besar jangan dikira saya g mampu untuk bayar cicilan motor maaf kalau saya berkata demikian karna saya sudah sangat kecewa...
I am very disappointed at the fif group already 2x I was denied for motorcycle credit without a clear reason please make fif do not pick rich people poor people small salaries what big salaries do not think I can not afford to pay motor repayments sorry if I say so because I was very disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tahun 2016 kredit motor tapi di masukkan FIF oleh pihak dealer,
tidak masalah, tapi ujung2nya menyebalkan,
kerap sekali dapat sms/wa spam dari sales FIF,
padahal dalam UU no.11 tahun 2008 sudah jelas berbunyi:
(1) Kecuali ditentukan lain oleh Peraturan Perundang-undangan, penggunaan setiap informasi melalui media elektronik yang menyangkut data pribadi seseorang harus dilakukan atas persetujuan Orang yang bersangkutan.
(2) Setiap Orang yang dilanggar haknya sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dapat mengajukan gugatan atas kerugian yang ditimbulkan berdasarkan Undang-Undang ini.
mengacu dari pasal di atas, data pribadi yang di maksud termasuk pula NO TELEPHONE/HP!
saran saya, bagi anda yang ingin kredit/pakai jasa FIF maka JANGAN PAKAI NO TELEPHONE/HP ASLI atau pindah ke lembaga leasing lain.
mereka hanya memikirkan diri sendiri untuk mendapatkan keuntungan tanpa memikirkan privasi (kehidupan pribadi) para konsumennya.
bagi anda yang merasa terganggu oleh sales FIF bisa memblokir & report no mereka di wa seperti yang saya lakukan (gambar terlampir).

(2) Any person whose rights have been violated as referred to in paragraph (1) may file a claim for damages incurred under this Law.
referring to the article above, the intended personal data also includes NO TELEPHONE / HP!
my advice, for those of you who want to credit / use FIF services, DO NOT USE NO TELEPHONE / ORIGINAL HP or move to another leasing institution.
they only think about themselves to benefit without thinking about the privacy (personal lives) of their customers.
those of you who feel disturbed by FIF sales can block and report their number on wa like I did (picture attached).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sangat tidak recomendet cara mengigat kan agsuran di tegur ke rumah. baru telat 1minggu aja katane motor e mau di tarik. berlagak kaya premanisme ARYA tu nama petugas nya. semoga dapat masukan dari pihak fif.
really do not recommend how to remember the mortgage reprimanded at home. just one week late wrote the motorbike katane e want to be pulled. act like thuggery, ARYA is the name of the officer. hopefully you get input from fif.
