★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohom maaf boleh tanya bapak ibu . Motor amgsuran tinggal 3 bulan . Tapi telat bayar karna baru masuk kerja dan blm gajian dan saya telat hmpir 2 bulan . Pertanyaan sya bapak ibu . Motor telat berapa bulan yg di cari DEPCOLECTOR . APAKAH jika bertemu dgn anggota DC bisa di musyawarakn baik baik jgn main ambil saja . Saya kan mau bayar cmn blm gajian maklum baru msuk kerja . Dr motor yg pertama kami gk permh telat dan motor yg ke dua slama 2 tahun kami lancar pembayaran tetapi stlah 3 bulan lagi kami kesulitan keuangan . Apakah bisa di tambah waktu smpai gajian agar saya bisa bayar sisa angsuran saya yg sisa 3 bulan lagi dn saya telat 2 bulan
 I'm sorry, can I ask my parents. Installment motorbike for 3 months. But I paid late because I just came to work and haven't been paid and I'm almost 2 months late. My question is mom and dad. How many months late the motorbike is looking for by the DEPCOLECTOR. DOES it be possible to meet with DC members in a good discussion, don't play, just take it. I want to pay, but I haven't got my paycheck, I understand that I just entered work. From our first motorbike, we are never late and the second motorbike for 2 years we pay smoothly but after 3 months we have financial difficulties. Can I add more time to my payday so that I can pay the remaining 3 months of my installments and I'm 2 months late?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak recomended banget ini lising...Masa telat sehari ada biaya dep collector nya 25rb...Bangke banget ini kalau masih di jakarta tak maki2 ke kantor nya...Kurang ajar sekali sehari udah kena biaya dep collector dan denda 14rb....Gak punya otak....
It's really not recommended, it's lising... One day late there is a dep collector fee of 25 thousand... It's really great if you're still in Jakarta, you don't curse at the office... It's rude once a day to get charged by the dept. collector and a fine of 14 thousand... .No brain....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ selama ini sy gak pernah telat sama sekali, bahkan perbulan kena denda karena telat bayar pun sama sekali gak pernah tapi sy di kejar terus padahal yg di cari bukan sy, tolong lah jangan bikin orang gak nyaman begini! sy udah cek ke samsat gak ada sama sekali pemalsuan no plat nya, masa iya sekelas fif bisa begini? jangan begini lah, di samsat gak ada bukti klo 2 nama di 1 plat ko di fif muncul 2 nama di 1 plat, kata orang fif "ko bisa ya samsat begini" padahal di samsat gak ada sama sekali 2 nama di 1 plat.. ini permainan fif atau gimana ya?
So far, I've never been late at all, I've never even been fined for late payments at all, but I'm being chased even though I'm not what I'm looking for, please don't make people uncomfortable like this! I've checked with Samsat, there's no plate number forgery at all, can you do this in Fif's class? Don't be like this, in Samsat there is no evidence that 2 names on 1 plate, why does FIF appear 2 names on 1 plate, Fif people say "how can you do this Samsat" even though in Samsat there are not at all 2 names on 1 plate.. this fif game or what?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im not your customer, i havent any loan with you. Im just a 3rd person who didnt know any loan whose 1st person was deal with your before. I have picked up your first call on friday 23rd novermber 2018, u asked me to sent message about the deadline of payment to 1st person. I have told her you know?! and everytime she would pay, the system was OFFLINE ALWAYS from ind*mrt. And on the next monday 26th november 2018 you called me many times like im a fugitive. Im not a jobless person here, I cannot always picked up your team call and then when i wanna calling back, cannot. How come? The first person doesnt have any arrears with your company, just late one days and thats because of your bad system. Let me know, how to pay that loan 3 until 5 month in once time payment from internet banking? For me, You was breaking UU no 8 tahun 1999 about consumer protection which one part of those pasal is about "kenyamanan konsumen". I couldnt feel "kenyamanan konsumen" here. It would be different story if i never picked up your call before.I have appreciate your team already with pick up your first call with a good manner, but your team has not appreaciate me at all with calling me many times. And in the last conversation your team threat me, your team said you would sent a deb collector to the 1st person if we didnt pay on the same day. When you threat other people and in this case your CUSTOMER, you dont give any convenience to us as your valuable customer.
. Hopefully you have teams who really profesional which is has a sertificate from a associate who have handle this. Because your a big company as well as we know youre a part of astra group. All people in this world was knew who is astra group.
Im really dissapointed with your service as a big finance company. Hopefully you will fix this worst way on your team for your valuable customer.
I wrote this review, because i cannot contact one of those number who called me last time.
