The waiting room is comfortable, the reception from the security guard da CS is good, polite, but the motorcycle service is unsatisfactory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau nanya Boz......pas pengambilan motor 1 pake FIF di ACC...trz abgsuran lancar dan ga pernah telat sampe lunas....trz pas mau ngambil ke 2 nya pake FIF ga di ACC kena pa ya Boz???? Mohon pencerahannya donk...
I want to ask Boz ... when taking a motorbike using FIF in the ACC ... then it was released smoothly and was never late until paid off ... then when I wanted to take the two using FIF it didn't hit the ACC ???? Please enlighten me ...

Karyawan'a kebanyakan mainan.
Masalah relasaksi jga susah.
Kata'a bilang A ngomong'a B
Tdi saya ke FIF mw relasaksi udah gak bsa.
Kt'a udah tdk bisa sejak tgl 1 mei.
Tgl 4 saya kesitu msaih bnyak yg relasaksi.
Kt'a nunggu ditelpn,. Setelah ditelpn kt'a disuruh bayar.
Padahal saya udah kesitu tgl 21 april kta'a bln mei aj soal'a bln april udah bayar, setelah 4 mei kesitu nunggu ditelpn, tgl 6/7 mei ditelpn kt'a suruh bayar.
Tgl 15 mei kesitu kta'a udah tdk menerima relasaksi.
Gmn nii.
Padahal saya masih dirmhkan.
Kta'a dari pusat'a udah tdk bisa menerima relasaksi.
Payahhh

Yang di liat apa nya yah.
Hartanya atau tahta mas.
Orang klo mo ambil kredit brati bukan cuma orang kaya klo kaya ngapain ambil kredit parag banget..
Lebih mudah ngajuin ke bank BRI daripada ke FIF.
Nyesell ngajuin ke leasing FIF.
It's bad just wanting to loan motorbike loans this and that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga ada ramah²nya sama sekali... saya datang dg angsuran 6 bulan yg ingin saya lunasi langsung tp malah di oper² kaya TA*... ga ada sopan santunya dari awal masuk ga ada yg ramah kecuali tukang parkir... dan saya memutuskan untuk tidak langsung melunasi dikarnakan sikap dan pelayanannya tidak lebih bagus dari binatang.. mereka hanyalah kariawan yg masuk dengan nyogok dan tidak punya etitud yg baik pantasnya di kolong jelmbatan atau di perempatan aja bahkan lebih sopan pengamen di perempatan ketimbang pegawai fif yg ada di pemalang jauh beda dg di pusat ibukota... semoga segera di tutup oleh pusat ga guna dan memperburuk citra perusahaan FIF yg besar...
There is no friendliness at all... I came in 6 months installments that I wanted to pay off immediately but instead they were transferred like TA*... there was no manners from the start, no one was friendly except the parking attendant... and I decided to They don't pay off right away because their attitude and service is not better than animals.. they are just brigades who come in with bribes and don't have good etiquette, they deserve to be under a bridge or at an intersection. Even more polite buskers at the crossroads than the FIF employees in Pemalang, much different with in the center of the capital... hopefully it will be closed soon by the useless center and worsen the image of a large FIF company...
