Bahwa akan dapat relaksasi selama masa pandemi dan saya sudah datang langsung ke kantor Cabang Warung Nangka menunggu selama 2 jam dengan jawaban Ga bisa karna ada batas kuotanya (orang² tertentu aja) dan hanya bulan pertama dan kedua saja untuk pengajuannya (pdhl ga ada tuh info kek gt waktu di awal) ditambah jawabannya yg ga sampe 5 menit!!!!! Penantian dan jawaban yang sangat sia² juga pelayanan yang amat sangat buruk!

That there will be relaxation during the pandemic and I have come directly to the Warung Nangka branch office, waiting for 2 hours with the answer, because there is a quota limit (certain people only) and only the first and second months for submission (there is no information yet gt time at the start) plus the answer isn't until 5 minutes !!!!! The waiting and answers are very useless as well as very, very bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang bagus, pegawainya kurang ramah, untu customer servis diwaktu jam 12 tidak ada harusnya gantian... Tempatny kotor.
The service is not good, the employees are not friendly, for customer service at 12 o'clock there should be no replacement... The place is dirty.
