★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rasa seh OK, tapi tolong diperhatikan etika pekerjanya bagian kasir pas customer lagi click debit, kasir itu mencoba untuk melihat nomer pin customer.
 It feels OK, but please pay attention to the ethics of the workers at the cashier when the customer clicks debit, the cashier tries to see the customer's pin number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya customer terakhir sebelum mereka closing. Pelayanannya seperti robot. Saya minta mohon tambahkan sauce nya sedikit, sampai 2x minta tetap ditolak dengan alasan sudah porsian nya. Fix saya tidak akan pesan lagi di sini karena fiesta steak lebih mementingkan stok sauce nya daripada kepuasan pelanggan. FYI saya minta tambah karena saya sudah beli extra sauce tapi hanya dikasi sangat sedikit. Not recommended!
I was the last customer before they closed. The service is like a robot. I ask to please add a little sauce, until 2x asking, it is still rejected on the grounds that it has been filled. Fix, I will not order again here because the steak fiesta is more concerned with the stock of the sauce rather than customer satisfaction. FYI, I asked for more because I already bought extra sauce but only very little. Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prah. ayamnya kering banget hampir ga keliatan. banyakan tepung. itupun overcook sekai. lebih ke ampir angus. rasa sayuran too dry. ga kaya outlet fiesta di tempat lain. need to improve more.
freight. The chicken is so dry it's almost invisible. lots of flour. even then it's overcooked. more to almost angus. the taste of vegetables is too dry. not like the fiesta outlets in other places. need to improve more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali buka steak 21 di mall puri wahh seneng banget dong yaa akhirnya ga musti jauh2 dari kantor makan steak 21. Akhirnya kita makan malam di jm 20.15 dan pesen sirloin premium original yg 150 gr awalnyaa dilihat pas smpy penyajiannya terlihat begitu enakk (krn belum coba) yaa biasalahh yaa kita racik2 dgn berbagai macam saus nya. Sengaja makan ga terlalu banyak pas buka puasa emg udh niat mau makan steak pas pertama kali makan kok potongan nya tipiss banget dan bawahnya agak gosong gitu, gw rasa sihh klo ditimbang jg ga smpy 150 gr kyakya yaah mirip2 kya fiest* lahh gitu. Dan pas dilihat kentang gorengnya sepertinya ga layak disajikan dengan harga yg sama dengan saingannya holyco* kentang goreng nya tuh udah kya rendeman minyak yg kelamaan warna nya udah coklat huufft ga ada yg kemakan jdnya.
Cukup pertama dan terakhir dehh balik lagi ke steak 21 mall puri beef nya ga sesuai harga mending ketauan di holyco* jelass hargaa ga jauh bedaa makan 2 org 300rb. Beef yg di sajikan murahann ga sebanding sama harganya, bgmn resto mau ramai dari penyajiannya aja udah buruk org bakalan kapok dtg lagi ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steak dengan rasa & harga yg oke. Rasa masih sama & tetap terjaga cuma karena kemarin datang weekend , keadaan resto rame bgt (perdana anak2 boleh masuk mall) jd serving nya gak maksimal.
Steak with good taste & price. The taste is still the same & still awake only because yesterday came the weekend, the condition of the restaurant is very busy (first time children can enter the mall) so the serving is not optimal.
