★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong line telpon dibetulkan. Setiap kali disambungkan ke bagian lain, telepon selalu terputus. Saya telepon untuk dapat penawaran harga sampai 5x, dilempar dari operator, ke penawaran lalu ke CS dengan kejadian yang sama.
 Please fix the telephone line. Whenever it is connected to another part, the phone is always disconnected. I called to get a price quote up to 5x, thrown from the operator, to the offer and then to CS with the same incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joint facility of Fedex and TNT. Upon entering the office, you have to fill a questionnaire on your health (travel history, cough). The staff is professional and Knowledgeable. You can also pay using debit cards here. One major drawback, though, the day when I had to urgently send a document overseas, this office ran out of Fedex envelope! Without this envelope, I have to pay twice the rate. Imagine my chagrin and shock when the staff quoted me 1.2 million rupiah (more than $100 USD) for a document to Taiwan. Do call the office to ask whether they have the envelope ready. Otherwise, go to the other Fedex location across the road (joint with RPX) but you have to pay in CASH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smooth flow! Security guard checks you in, takes your temp and writes down your details for tracing, and then you go to the counter. My package arrived exactly on the day the worker said it would, and I can track its movements. Highly recommended. I paid 900k to send documents in a FedEx envelope to the Netherlands, and it arrived within 5 days. Only card payment is accepted.
