★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah mau kirim barang lewat agen fedex yang “satunya” ditolak, terus lewat fedex sini (yang juga RPX) diterima. Barang sampe juga dengan selamat di penerima. Pelayanan bagus dan ramah.
Have you ever wanted to send an item via a fedex agent which was “rejected”, then via fedex here (which is also RPX) was accepted. Items arrived safely at the recipient. Good and friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari awal datang sudah ngga ada pegawai yang nunggu di meja depan, harus pencet bel, habis itu tampilan masnya kayak preman (pake kaos item sma rambutnya kuning ngga pake masker), jawabannya nyolot. Ditanya kenapa harga website dan harga di situ beda 2x lipat (website 1,3 jt sedangkan disitu 2.2 jt),jawabannya “ya mbak kalo mau kirim disini harganya segutu,kalo ngga mau gapapa” Habis itu pengalaman sebelumnya sma mbak D, kacau balau pengiriman ke korea, semua dokumen yg saya berikan tidak di urus lalu dia kepas tanggung jawab. Mohon pegawainya diajari sopan santunbdan tanggung jawab
