★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WAS a regular, but today the barber cuts in a rush, dont even ask me to check (before washing), do a rush wash (whatever), and no shoulder massage... Everything he did was quick amd clumsy. When i asked, he said customers are already waiting...this is not an acceptable reason.
I think this is plain bad customer service. Paid full package price, and not planning to return back...
