★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak profesional, pengiriman sangat lambat, respon lambat, pengiriman satu hari jadi 4 hari. Refund uang juga sampai salah hitung. Ketersediaan barang tidak di konfirmasikan, stock tidak terupdate. Barang habis harus kita tanya dulu sampai 2 hari tidak konfirmasi. Pengiriman barang nggak bisa di tracking, harus di tanya lagi barang da di kirim blm. Kalo blm siap dengan jualan online nggak usah jualan deh. Dan tak usah menjanjikan. Tolong ganti biaya pengiriman saya dan refundnya yg benar.
 Very unprofessional, very slow delivery, slow response, one day delivery so 4 days. Refund money also until the wrong count. The availability of goods is not confirmed, the stock is not updated. The goods are out of stock, we have to ask first until 2 days there is no confirmation. Delivery of goods can not be tracked, you have to ask again the goods have not been sent yet. If you are not ready to sell online, you don't have to sell it. And don't promise. Please refund my shipping cost and the correct refund.

cuma dpt email konfirmasi, nanya status pengiriman via live chat jga GAK JELAS, CUMA DIBLS PAKE TEMPLATE!!
hari ini saya confirm lg via live chat katanya BARANG TIDAK TERSEDIA, tanpa ada konfirmasi ke email saya , tunggu ditanya status pengiriman baru diinfo BARANG GAK ADA.
Simplenya, mikir2 deh belanja disini kalo dlm emergency, dng alasan overload pelayanan gak ada QCnya.
Thanks farmaku atas pengalaman tidak menyenangkan belanja via online,semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi.

I only got a confirmation email, I asked about the delivery status via live chat, it's also NOT CLEAR, JUST BLESSED WITH THE TEMPLATE!!
today I confirmed again via live chat, it said ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE, without any confirmation to my email, waiting to be asked about the new delivery status, I was informed that the ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE.
Simply put, think about shopping here in an emergency, because there is no QC for service overload.
Thanks my farm for the unpleasant experience of shopping via online, hopefully in the future it will be even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, they call me 2 times for make sure the address (which is i already write it detail and never have problem with other e-commerce) And at least need 1 hours for u get the answer from Customer service when u contact them . I tried to asked where is my things, because i haven't receive in 3 daysd and can't find any information about delivery progress in their website.
