★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luar biasa sekali pelayanannya. Saya order di marketplace (di hijau. di official Farmaku lokasi jakarta selatan) malem dan pake yg instan. Eh baru request kurir jam 15.21. Pas cek updateannya, ternyata udh 3x driver cancel dan yg ke 4 akhirnya ngehubungin saya terus info kalo banyak driver yg udah sampe sana buat pick up dan dikasih tau kalo barangnya ga ada. Kacaunya sih bukannya langsung dicancel orderannya, tapi malah biarinin driver yg cancel dan otomatis bakal cari driver baru terus. Giliran driver nanya solusinya gmn, eh pihak farmaku malah cuma senyum2 dan bilang "GA TAU". Ditanya ini lapor kemana, jawab ga tau lagi. Security pun juga cuma nyengir2 doang liat driver yg pada dateng dan keluar ga bawa paketnya. Padahal yg terkendala tuh dari pihak seller bukan driver.
Kebiasaan begini tolonglah jangan dipertahanin.
The service is extraordinary. I ordered in the marketplace (in the green. At the official Farmaku, south Jakarta location) at night and used the instant one. Eh, just requested a courier at 15.21. When I checked the update, it turned out that the 3rd driver had canceled and the 4th one finally contacted me and informed me that many drivers had arrived there for pick up and were told that the item wasn't there. The problem is that it's not that the order is immediately cancelled, but instead let the driver who cancels it and will automatically look for a new driver. It's the driver's turn to ask what the solution is, eh, my farm just smiled and said "I DON'T KNOW". When asked where to report this, the answer is I don't know anymore. Security also only smirks at the driver who doesn't come and leave with the package. Even though the problem is from the seller, not the driver.
Please don't maintain this habit.
