Untuk transaksi antara pembeli biasa dan ojek online terpisah. Jadi beneran tersistem dengan baik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melipir saat ppkm untuk beli kopi susu keluarga harga 13ribu. Kopi lumayan strong dan rasanya enak. Buat kaum lowbudget boleh cobain kopi mereka. Bobanya juga enak sih, cm lg kepengen kopi aja. Ga kalah sama brand2 terkenal nih.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mini market disamping stasiun Juanda nih lokasinya strategis diapit sama chatime, kopi kenangan dan bobobox. Nyoba hazelnut latte harga 13rb mantul juga rasanya. Beli ayam plus nasi cuma 8rb loh, gk kalah rasanya sama brand sebelah yg jual ayam fried chicken juga. Di depan ada bangku tuk nongkrong sih dan di dalam juga ada 4 bangku buat duduk sambil nyemil roti, sosis, siomay, bakpao dll. Harga nya murah dn dijamin kenyang

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family mart terluas kedua yg pernah sy kunjungi. Seperti biasa... ksk nya mantab?. Pelayanan oke. Ada tempat buat duduk2 skalian buat nge charge di dlm outlet, cm bbrp kursi(4 kursi kl g slh). So far ckp nyaman ya outletnya, yg bikin g nyaman area pelataran depannya yg buat duduk2 ojol(so pasti byk yg merokok, buat sy yg gampang terganggu asap rokok, hal ini membuat sy tdk nyaman), trs jg jalanan depan jd pool bajay.
The second largest family mart I've ever visited. As usual... the ksk is great?. Okay service. There is a place to sit down and charge in the outlet, cm a few seats (4 seats if not wrong). So far, the outlet is comfortable, what makes the front yard area uncomfortable for sitting around (so there must be a lot of people who smoke, for me, it's easy for me to be disturbed by cigarette smoke, this makes me uncomfortable), and the street in front becomes a bajay pool.

if you stated the left line only for gojek grab drivers, make sure you won’t serve other than drivers for your damn consistency.
if you want to reduce the lines, you can put off the sign so you guys won’t be inconsistent of serving people. you do your work, and people do theirs for ordering. we’re equally need one each other so be respectful by not playing “maaf bu, antriannya di kanan” then 2 minutes the guys coming, “silahkan pak.” while the moms still waiting the lines.
do the manager teach the consistency, integrity, or just leave you do your work? please do an improvement. because i also work as a frontliners but this isn’t right. thanks.
overall, this is same as the other convenience store selling more value such as coffee, other drinks, snacks, etc.
