★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ojol,saya sebagai costumer wajar bertanya tapi apa balasan nya saya di perlakukan tidak sopan/pelayanan yg buruk sangat.
Kejadian di family mart 18 office,saya bertanya soal family mart plaza oleos soal nya titiknya di sana,tapi apa balasan pelayanan nya saya di bilang jng nyolot padahal saya bertanya baik2 & belanja go shop saya bilang bisa kata pramuniaga nya gak bisa & jng nyolot ucap kasar penuh emosi saya tanya nametag tidak di berikan. Kejadian jam 14.35 hari kamis 23 Januari 2020.
Tolong di tindak pelayanan nya yg sangat buruk & membuat pelanggan enggan kembali
I ojol, I as a reasonable customer to ask but what I reply is treated immodest / very bad service.
The incident at the family mart 18 office, I asked about the family mart plaza oleos about the point there, but what was the reply to my service that I told him to stop even though I asked nicely & shopping go shop I said I could say the saleswoman could not & did not talk rude full of emotion I asked nametag not given. It happened at 14.35 Thursday Thursday, January 23, 2020.
Please act very bad service & make customers reluctant to return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akhirnya ada juga familymart Deket kantor. Paling suka coffee disini. Beberapa hari lalu ada promo bayar sesukanya, beli kopi apa aja bayar sesukanya.
