★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman buruk beli disini, pesan kacamata progresif begitu selesai salah titik fokus, jadi malah tambah buram. Akhirnya saya kembalikan untuk minta diperbaiki, setelah berkali2 dijanjikan selesai saya coba dan sudah lumayan lebih enak dipakai, namun saya sudah males untuk beli disini lagi.
Selang 1 bulan lebih, kacamata yang saya beli tersebut lensanya seperti retak2, setelah saya perhatikan ternyata bukan lensa kaca tapi diganti lensa plastik.
Sayangnya masih kondisi pandemi, kalo nggak udah saya datangi dan minta pertanggung jawaban mereka.
Optic gak cuma 1 tapi ada ribuan banyaknya
Sayang banget pelayanan yang kayak gini akan membuat mereka kehilangan pelanggan. Semoga pemilik membaca hal ini
 Bad experience buying here, ordered progressive glasses when finished wrong focus point, so it got even more blurry. Finally I returned it to ask for it to be repaired, after being promised many times I'd tried it and it was quite comfortable to use, but I was lazy to buy it here again.
After more than a month, the glasses I bought had cracked lenses, after I noticed that they weren't glass lenses but replaced with plastic lenses.
Unfortunately, it's still a pandemic, if not, I'd have gone and asked them to answer.
Optics is not only 1 but there are thousands of them
It's a shame that this kind of service will make them lose customers. I hope the owner reads this
