★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf saya kasih bintang 1, betul2 kecewa. Padahal krluarga saya langganan laundry disini, tp 3x dibikin kecewa, dan ini trakhir kalinya. Cukup.
1. Laundry karpet, sesuai kesepakatan jadinya 2minggu, ok gpp lah ngaret 1-3hr,tp ini ngaretnya hampir 1bl, ya sekitar 3mingguan. Alasannya? Laundrynya lupa dibawa pulang. Hmm
2. Laundry sprei, hasilnya ada 3titik yg kena luntur. Padahal saya laundry cuma 1 sprei, tp kelunturan warna lain yg bukan warna sprei saya. It means sprei saya dicuci barengan sm laundryan org lain. Btul bgitu kan?
3. Saya laundry boneka. Kebetulan boneka pink bear dikasih oleh almh.ibu kandung saya, yg mana ini bener2 aku sayang rawat jaga. Tp hasilnya mata ilang 1. Aku whatsapp minta pertanggungjawaban, gak dibales. Betul2 tdk beretika.
Padahal saya review ini masih pake kata "maaf" di awal kalimat. Terimakasih sudah bikin saya nangis semalaman karna boneka saya ?
Sorry I gave 1 star, really disappointed. Even though my family subscribes to laundry here, 3 times they have been disappointed, and this is the last time. Enough.
1. Carpet laundry, according to the agreement, it will be 2 weeks, it's ok it's okay to drag 1-3 hours, but this is almost 1 month, yes about 3 weeks. The reason? Forgot to take the laundry home. Hmm
2. Laundry bed linen, the result is that there are 3 spots that have faded. Even though I only washed 1 bed sheet, but the color faded in another color that was not my bed sheet color. It means that my sheets are washed together with other people's laundry. Is that so right?
3. I do laundry dolls. Incidentally, the pink bear was given by my late biological mother, which I really love to take care of. But the result is lost eyes 1. I whatsapp asking for accountability, no reply. Really unethical.
Even though I am reviewing this, I still use the word "sorry" at the beginning of the sentence. Thank you for making me cry all night because of my doll
